Interviewing a Star

Hello I’m Sofia Miranda and I will interview an alien.
In magazine “ Nightmare” we like to show the dark side of the things, how is our habit we will bring a new and exciting experience to ours readers.
The alien who will be interviewed comes from Jupiter and he is millions years old but we don’t know for sure. Lets start the interview.

Nightmare: what’s your real name?
Alien: My real name is “ Acinorev Rodrigues” because my grandfather comes from earth and I wanted to keep our tradition.

Nightmare: Can you explain how Jupiter is?
Alien: Jupiter? Well, Jupiter is a great planet, you can belive it. Everyone who visits Jupiter loves the trip, the “Jupiterers” are exctremely friendly aliens, who make the tourist feel at home.
Jupiter is a very coloured planet and with a lot of magic, we have great gardens, great monuments to visit, great pieces of art, etc.
I already visited a lot of planets even outside of the solar system and the planet of Jupiter is the best…I know it is my home but it is totally true.

Nightmare: If you have chosen our planet to live, what could it be? Of course, except Jupiter.
Alien: I would like to live in “ Overworld” this planet belongs to the “scrins”, I would like to live there because on this planet there is no night, every time is day and I love this idea. Isn’t it fantastic?
Nightmare: What is your opinion about the inhabitants of Earth?
Alien: I think the inhabitants of Earth are very fun and they have a lot of humour. They are a lot of different from the inhabitants of Jupiter, but in other way I think we have the same point of view about life.
But sometimes I think the inhabitants of Earth are a little stupid because they get involved in wars ones against the others and I don’t understand why, this a loss of time.

Nightmare: What is your favourite place on earth?
Alien: My favourite place on earth is “Pizza Tower” in Italy, but what fascinates more is a little country: Portugal. This country has a great beach, and has good food.

S.s-Good afternoon everybody, today we have with us a beloved actress whose name is Angelina Jolie. She was born on 4 June 1975 in Los Angeles, California, USA. She worked as a professional model, she appeared in music videos but as you know, right now she is more into the cinema. Let’s find out more things about her….join us, Shining Stars magazine…..

S.s- Hello, we know that you are very famous among people. .How do you feel about that ?

A.J- I feel very happy, after all my hard work I think Fame is a reward.
I really like it, actually I think I couldn’t live without it now that I am used to it. I love having lots of fans, I try to be an example for their lives.

S.s- From f all the things you have already done, what do you prefer?

A.J – I prefer cinema, I think you can notice that!
I love being in front of the cameras!!

S.s- Do you have any preference for a movie that you have done?

A.J- I really loved Mr. and Mrs. Smith but the best one was definitely Tomb Raider, I loved that one!

S.s- Do you have any plans for the future?

A.J- No, right now I’m dedicating most of my time to my children. I know I’m an actress but I’m also a mom and I always look forward to being a good mom…
But if anything appears, why not? It’s something to think about

S.s- And your children, some are adopted, right?

A.J- Yes, as you know, I help people from poor countries and as I love children I adopt them and give them a new life!

S.s -How do they feel about having a mother that’s famous?

A.J- They are still very small to understand that but I’m sure that when they get older they will like it, I think they will see it as a normal thing.

S.s- Do you want them to follow your steps?

A.J- I would not mind if they did but it’s not something that I want, it’s something they should want. I will support them in any choices that they will make for their lives, if it makes them happy, I think it’s the right thing to do.

S.s- And we are sure that it is…To finish this interview, would you like to leave a message to your fans?

A.J- Sure, I would like to say thank you for believing in me and for following me,
I really appreciate that and believe it or not, wherever I go I will always bring my fans in my heart.

BBC hour time: Interviewing a star!

Monsieur de La Fontaine is the richest and famous designer of today. Born in 1962 in France in the small village Locronan, he is now 46 years old. He married a French teacher and now they have 5 children all of them are yet at school and they all wear the clothes designed by their father…

BBC: Monsieur La Fontaine, do you like your current situation?

MLF: Of course! I … how can I say, I’m “swimming in money”. My clothes are sold everywhere: New York, Paris, Milan, Venice, Beijing… My amount until now is like 69 millions Euros.

BBC: Is your talent natural or did you need to study a lot to arrive here?

MLF: Since I was 5 years old I saw which were the better clothes for the people around me… And when I was 8, I began to imagine the clothes… And from that moment on my imagination grew and grew so much that I chose to be a designer … And now I am the richest designer of the world!

BBC: Do you have time for your family?

MLF: Well, sometimes I don’t see them for like one-three months when I am doing a tourney, but they understand… Of course I would like to pass more time with them but that is the price of being famous.

BBC: What are your plans for the near future?

MLF: I have a tourney in Paris next month and one on Milan in two months. My enterprise and I are working hard to be the best tournée ever…

Portuguese Teenagers TV Viewing Habits

Most young people watch TV for more than two hours a day.
Favourite TV series are CSI, Doctor House, Supernatural, The Bones, Lost and Prison Break, are its scientific, action and horror TV series.
Young people also watch cartoons like The Simpsons and Nody x) and TV serial “Strawberry with sugar” is the most watched TV serial by young Portuguese people.
Most young people read a magazine regularly. The boys read magazines about football, which is boring for the girls and the girls read magazines about girls, for example “Bravo” or “Super pop” and more.
Young people do use the Internet to send emails, visit WebPages for example game sites, hi5 or myspace, chats, research sites and many more WebPages that attract teenagers. But the consequences of too much internet are headaches, many hours unnecessarily spent, which harms us a lot.

Portuguese teenagers´ TV viewing habits

Our favourite channel is “MTV” because we love music and there we can listen a lot of good songs and watch the videos and has got very good programmes like PUNK´D. In this show the presenter (Ashton Kutcher) catches famous people unprepared in embarrassing moments and films the other face of the victims.
We like other types of shows like “Dr House”, “Ugly Betty”, “CSI”, “American Dad”, “Grey’s anatomy” etc. In general, American programmes. They have a lot of quality and in some way glues us to the TV screen.
Portuguese people are addicted to the TV. They spend a lot of time sitting in the sofa in stead of doing free activities like sports and enjoying the nature. They watch a lot of novellas and the news.
The best actor of the moment is Hugh Laurie, who plays represents the main character of Dr House, he has a great performance for his part which is very difficult once he is very strict men.

Portuguese Teens TV viewing habits

In my class, most of us see TV Series as CSI, ER, Doctor House… and I, for instance, much 24 and Brothers & Sisters and Bones pretty much . In Portugal we have TV serials, such as Morangos com Açúcar, Fascínios, which attract many people in Portugal. I don’t like McA because it is always the same… it is at least the fifth edition and the story is about a boy and a girl who met a boy and they stick together and then separate again and again… I also like the actress Margarida Vila-Nova; Alexandra Lencastre, of course I don’t really care about the actors because they don’t attract meJ. My partner, by the other hand, care about the actors.

My friends and I usually see a popular TV serial called “Morangos com açúcar”, it talks about teenagers’ problems, and how we feel about school. We also like watching TV series like “Friends” it talks about the wonderful relationship of six friends, and “Supernatural”.
We like watching music programs MTV and MCM too, to be updated and listen to the best music.
We don’t like watching documentaries or the news because there very boring, and don’t talk about our problems or anything amusing.
My friend and I actually share the same opinion of many teenagers that watch TV, it’s very important to us watching TV programmes that talk about our problems and how we feel about society.

Teenagers in Portugal spend many hours watching TV just like other teenagers in the world even though they also spend a lot of time on the internet. Usually they don’t like watching documentary programmes or anything related to it. Teenagers like watching music programmes and channels such as MTV, which is very famous, this way they can hear and watch the videoclips from their favourite music at the same time.A TV serial also very popular is “Morangos com Açucar”. It’s all about teenagers’ life, what they do, how they are, how they react in different situations…
There are also TV series that teenagers like watching such as CSI, ER, Doctor House…
Portuguese teenagers are just like other teenagers, they like watching programmes that have to do with them and with their life!!!

Portuguese Teens TV wiewing habits

First of all, I think TV is very important in our lives, not only because of the world news but for entertainment. TV series like Doctor House and CSI are important means of understanding the most complicated sciences. My friends and I, we like to watch the TV Serial Morangos com Açúcar. We like science (Dr.House) ,sports (Sport TV channel) and music (MTV and MCM chanels) programs and we hate soap operas or novellas.

I like to see cultural programs :P like BBC on TV because I learn much about the world. I like to see enterteinment programs like talk shows,TV series,for example CSI,Dr.House,The Lost,Prision Break and novellas, principally "Strawberry with sugar".I like them because I'm never borend, I have fun and learn a little bit.
The films that I like to see are horror films but Saw I, II, III and IV, they are amazing.I like horror films because I love films with suspense, mysterious and that make us feel afraid.

I like all most everything but I mentioned my favourites Tv Programmes and films. :)

Saw IV Trailer

My favourite movie is "Saw". It is a horror movie about dangerous games which put human lifes in danger. The "evil-shadow" character is Jigsaw who creates and manipulates all the games. The interesting part of the film is to see what a person is capable of doing to stay alive.


Now, my favourite TV series is Dr. House. It is about my dream, being a doctor, and the wonderful world of medicine. The main character is Gregory House, a cynical character but the smartest one. He is my hero, like a "Sherlock Holmes" of medicine.


Finally, I have to say that to me, no electricity, no life.... a kind of that!! ;)

I love watching TV.I see series and novels.My favourite series are "Supernatural" and "D.House" and I do not have any film in special consideration.I like music TV programmes.I like music,Kizomba...I like to see series and novels because they help us in our lives.They are very important...I like acton and love films but my mother doesn't like action films and that's why I don't see them.

I Wanna be a Star

I do not want to be a star, I want to be a happy person with life! I would like to have my own profession: veterinary or Crime scene investigator. I know...it’s very difficult to achieve any of the two goals but I can’t give up my dreams so soon, I’m too young for that.
I do not usually listen to music on the radio, I listen to several CD’s, internet, television programmes…I love listening to music, mainly Kizomba…I prefer watching TV than listening to the radio, I usually listen to music on the internet…I prefer it a thousand times…As I said, I love music and listening to music on the radio or on television, it is exactly the same thing… We should always do what we like when it comes to our free time.
I always see several progammes but between drama and soap operas series I prefer the series…I love Supernatural, D.House…Television is addictive… I spend up hours I front of it.
I do not have a favourite movie but I love action movies and novels, of course…What woman doesn’t like it? I have no film in particular consideration…

My favourite film

My favourite film, until the present moment, is Sweeney Todd the Demon Barber of Fleet Street because it’s not like any other film. First it’s a musical with “chats” but not often. Second, it’s a film by Jim Burton, with Johnny Depp as the main actor. The story of the film is cool, it’s a revenge story and at the end the destiny that he gives to everybody, he has it too. The music is awesome in the story context. And it’s always dark, it’s not sunny in the story probably for accentuating how sad and how the revenge of the barber is strong and perverse.
On TV, I like the series “Friends” because it’s very cool and funny the story of those friends.

I Wanna be a Star

I like to watch TV, and I like many programmes, I like to see “The Simpsons” on “FOX”, because I think these cartoons are cool. I like to see the novella “Morangos com Açúcar” on “TVI”, but I only see that when I have time, because I’m very occupied with the school work. I don’t have a favourite programme, I like to see all programmes. In my life I see various films, but the film I like the most is “Call Girl”, because the film I has a sexy girl and I like that. The film has scenes only for adults and I like that too. Because of that, “Call Girl” is my favourite film.

My favourite TV programme and film

My favourite TV programme is “Friends”, it talks about six friends and their fabulous relationship. It’s a very funny series and I don’t miss one episode! It also talks about there problems and what’s more important in life, it really has a lot to do with me.
And my favourite film is “Troy”, but it is really difficult to try and find the most special film, I have a list of hundreds…I love Troy not only because of the amazing actors like Brad Pitt, Eric Banna and Orlando Bloom , but also the amazing story about powerful men that wanted to rule the world many years ago, and how true love can be so important that it can cause a war! This story was based on a real story and thats what makes it so special. And it is difficult to imagine my life without electricity and without my TV series and films!

I wanna be star

I love cinema, it´s an important part of my life. My favourite film was " the butterfly effect" because the film has a great story, it´s about a boy who loses his memory, it's a mixture of action and misterious and the actors have a good performance, I like the sound track too.

other types of films that I usually see are romantc comedies because they make me laugh and are always a good choice for friends programme,

my favourite Tv programme is "C.S.I" and "Dr. House", they are exellent series with a lot of action and talk about questions of the real world. I like to see documentaries series too, because it´s a way of learning more and it's very exciting to see how the animals interact with each other but sometimes I can´t see what I want because my brother wants to see football ;( or my parents want to see the news but I dont really care because I like to do other things.

My favourite TV programmes and films

I really don't have any favourite Tv programmes or films. I like watching many things but there is a series that I love watching, it's called "Supernatural". It's about two brothers that fight against the supernatural, against things that are not normal to the end fight against the demon, who killed their mother , it's like a revenge. It is very cool! The two brothers who are the main characters are Sam and Dean but their real names are Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki. I like watching it because I think that anything related to the Supernatural is very cool, it's very interesting, by the way I believe in some of those things. Another reason why I watch it is that the main characters are very cute and hot!!!

I shouldn't say it but it's true!!! :)

A robot as a friend

My robot’s name is Blake, he is tall, silver, has big brown eyes, and has a big friendly smile.
When I first got him he just helped me with everything and was normal robot, but I felt a bit lonely and I decided to put in him a feeling chip to see if he could be just like a human.
Well 3 years have passed, and we are best friends! He is very sweet, and helps me with my homework and we do all other things together, we watch TV, go for walks in the park. I don’t feel lonely when I’m with him, hours pass flying when I’m with Blake.
But every day I learn more and more about him, I have discovered that he likes painting and reading!
He is of course my best friend, and I believe that mankind and robots can be friends and help each other in scientific and technological worlds.
